# How do you solve 2/6+1/(2x)=1/3?

$\frac{1}{3} = \frac{2}{6} + \frac{1}{2 x} = \frac{1}{3} + \frac{1}{2} x$

Subtract $\frac{1}{3}$ from both sides and you get:

$\frac{1}{2 x} = 0$

Multiply both sides by $2 x$ to get:

$1 = 0 \cdot 2 x = 0$

...which is false. So there are no solutions.
