Let's distribute the #3# on both sides. We get

#3x-3-27=6x-3x-18#

We can combine like terms on both sides respectively to get

#3x-30=3x-18#

The #3x# on both sides will cancel, and we're left with

#-30=-18#

Which is obviously not true, thus this equation has no solutions.
