$:.-12x+15y=18$ ----(3)

$:.12x+4y=-56$ ------(4)

$:.(3)+(4)$

$:.19y=-38$

$y=-38/19$

$:.y=-2$

substitute y=-2 in------(2)

$:.3x+(-2)=-14$

$:.3x-2=-14$
