$x=-2,y=-1$

Multiplying the first equation by $3$ and the seond by $-2$ we get

$6x+15=-27$
$-6x+8y=4$
adding both we get

$23y=-23$
so $y=-1$

so we get

$2x-5=-9$

$2x=-4$

so $x=-2$
