We know that if ${\log}_{a} n = m$, then $n = {a}^{m}$.

$n = {25}^{\frac{3}{2}}$

$n = {\left(\sqrt{25}\right)}^{3}$

$n = {\left(5\right)}^{3}$

$n = 125$
