$y ' = \frac{1}{{e}^{x} + 3} \cdot \left({e}^{x} + 3\right) ' = \frac{1}{{e}^{x} + 3} \cdot {e}^{x} = {e}^{x} / \left\{{e}^{x} + 3\right\}$
