$= \left(\frac{30}{-} 5\right) \left({x}^{10} / {x}^{12}\right) \left({y}^{4} / {y}^{2}\right)$

We know that color(blue)(a^m/a^n = a^(m-n)

$= - 6 \cdot {x}^{10 - 12} \cdot {y}^{4 - 2}$

$= - 6 \cdot {x}^{-} 2 \cdot {y}^{2}$
