First of all find the slope of the two points.

#(y_2 - y_1)/(x_2 - x_1) #

Fill it in and the answer is:

#m = 1/(-5 ) = -1/5#

Now use point-slope form

#y - y_1 = m ( x - x_1 )#

Pick any the first two point and slop you have and fill it in

#y + 2 = -1/5 ( x - 5 )#

#y + 2 = -1/5x + 1#
