You can raise to the power $3$ both sides:
${3}^{{\log}_{3} \left(27\right)} = {3}^{3}$

but ${3}^{{\log}_{3} \left(27\right)} = 27$ (where the ${3}^{}$ and ${\log}_{3}$ cancel each other);
so you are left with:
$27 = {3}^{3}$ which is indeed true
