ALSO #x^2/25+y^2/16=1#

From the given Vertex#(-5, 0)# and Co-vertex #(0, 4)#

this means Center #(h, k)=(0, 0)# and
#a=5# and #b=4#

The standard form of the ellipse with horizontal major axis is
