#y+2=3/4(x-11)#

Explanation:

Point slope form is given by the following formula:
#y-y_1=m(x-x_1)#

In order to use the point slope formula we need two things:
1. The slope or #color(green)m# which in this case is #color(green)(4/3)#
2. A point on the graph which we are given #(-2,11)#

Along with the slope, if we let #(color(red)(-2),color(blue)(11))-> (color(red)(x_1),color(blue)(y_1))# we can substitute all this information into the point-slope formula:

#y-color(red)(-2)=color(green)(3/4)(x-color(blue)(11))#

Simplify:

#y+color(red)(2)=color(green)(3/4)(x-color(blue)(11))#
