How does organic chemistry relate to nursing?

Explanation:
Dosage, drug delivery, pharmacology, drug antagonism, chirality; all of these are implicitly touched upon in an organic chemistry course. And of course organic chemistry gives an idea as to how a drug is synthesized, and just how difficult the processes of purification, and resolution are. I can point to no instances where a specific organic reaction is utilized by a nurse, but an appreciation of dosage and would be directly relevant.
