How is the top video selected?

The video you see on a topic page (example) is the top video in a top lesson for that topic.
The top lesson in a topic is selected by admins.
The top video in a lesson is selected in one of the following two ways:

The user adds the video as lesson's first on the interface to add a lesson

Admins mark the video as the top video in a lesson
