Probably there is an easier way but...
Find the equation through these two points:
$\frac{x - 9}{9 - 3} = \frac{y - 9}{9 - 4}$
$\frac{x - 9}{6} = \frac{y - 9}{5}$
$5 x - 45 = 6 y - 54$
$6 y = 5 x + 9$
$y = \frac{5}{6} x + \frac{9}{6}$
$y = \frac{5}{6} x + \frac{3}{2}$
Now:
x-intercept
Set $y = 0$ so: x=-3/2×6/5=-9/5

y-intercept
Set $x = 0$ so $y = \frac{3}{2}$
