Basically no. You need some kind of medium to propagate sound and there's too much vacuum between the moon and us.
Explanation:
The moon itself has a 'atmosphere' of density roughly
The space between the moon and the Earth's atmosphere has even fewer particles.
What we might hear is the exploding of fragments of the moon as they collide with our atmosphere.
