Great question but hard to answer. The correct response is the genetic sequence for the VDJ recombination site for the specific B cell.

Explanation:

Each B cell that makes a single and specific antibody (IgG, IgE - etc.) has to be told what the protein will look like to create the greatest affinity to that antigen. DNA #-># RNA #-># Protein - so, if that one B cell needs to make a specific antibody it has to have the unique gene to do so.
