If we do not count energy consumed by the machine in addition to the force applied, then yes.

I don't know if this counts in the context of the meaning of your question:
My car can. I push on the accelerator with a moderate force and the car takes me down the road at a significant pace. A significantly higher pace than that moderate force would have yielded if I applied it to the back bumper.
