# The angles of a quadrilateral are in the ratio 3:4:5:6. How do you find the angles of the quadrilaterals?

In a quadilateral the angles add up to ${360}^{o}$

Let's call the angles $3 x , 4 x , 5 x \mathmr{and} 6 x$

Then:
$3 x + 4 x + 5 x + 6 x = 360 \to$
$18 x = 360 \to x = 20$

Then the angles are ${60}^{o} , {80}^{o} , {100}^{o} \mathmr{and} {120}^{o}$
(because $3 \cdot 20 = 60$ etc)

Check: $60 + 80 + 100 + 120 = 360$
