The red light has the longest wavelength in spectrum so according to equation e=hc/lamda but than why it proves ienstine equation e=mc^2 wrong?

Those 2 formulae are used in different situations. They do not prove Einstein wrong.

Explanation:

In #E=(hc)/lambda#, the E is the energy of a photon.

In #E = m*c^2# the E is the energy released when a mass is totally annihilated.
