That feature was actually available on Socratic about 2 1/2 years ago, but the team decided to remove it because, well, it wasn't that popular + its maintenance was a bit tedious at the time.

This feature allowed students and contributors to provide per-paragraph feedback, which is more or less exactly what Genius is doing for song lyrics.

Now, as far as I know, the infrastructure is already there, so my guess is that the team will bring this feature back at some point in the future, maybe once they will be able to allocate more resources to the site. As you would imagine, I can't really tell you when or even if that will happen. But it could happen in the future.

So, a feature that will allow users to leave per-paragraph comments? That's a definite maybe! :D
