Mostly aquatic organisms

Explanation:

Since acid rain cause change in acidity in systems (soil, water), mostly aquatic organisms are affected by this change. I have a small pond (less than 200 cubic meters). The pH of water in it is above 7 (close to 8). When I apply (solid) chloride to this pond, water fleas die but frogs survive. If terrestrial environment is rich in terms of lime (in other words soil type is alkaline soil), terrestrial creatures will not be affected momentarily due to buffer effect.
