Just to retire this question, how do you propose that we answer it?

We do not know at which level you study, and we don't really know what you want. We know that elements are differentiated by #Z_"the atomic number"#, which represents the number of positively charged nuclear particles. Around the nucleus, particles of opposite charge, electrons, are conceived to whizz about. In the NEUTRAL ATOM, the number of electrons, and protons are the SAME.
