Explanation:
The monomers are amino acids, monosacharides, triglycerides, and cleotides respectively. For lipids we are focused on fats and oils only in this case.
Proteins have many functions like building the cell membrane, and the cytoskeleton,in addition, there are functional proteins like enzymes , some hormones, and antibodies. Lipids ad carbs are responsible for long term and short term energy storage respectively. Nucleic acids are responsible for protein synthesis starting from having a code till the production of the molecule.
