What are the two moods a verb can take besides subjunctive and indicative?

There are 4 moods of verbs in English:
Subjunctive - a verb expressing assumptions or hypothetical situation - If I won in a lottery, I would buy a new car.
Indivative - a verb giving information about a fact - John got a book for his birthday.
Interrogative - used to form questions - What is your name?
Imperative - giving orders or commands - Please, open the window.
