Eukaryotic cell nucleus is a double membrane bound organelle that stores chromosomes. So you may consider nuclear membrane a part of nucleus. It has pores for passage of materials between cytoplasm and nucleoplasm.

Inside the nucleus there is chromatin material in the form of diffused network during interphase. Chromatin material represents chromosomes in hydrated and loosely organised condition. So you can say chromatin material is second part of nucleus .

Another important part of nucleus is nucleolus . It is dense spherical area within nucleus where ribosomal subunits are packaged/synthesised.
