Vermiform appendix & Peyer's patches.

Explanation:

The organs of lymphatic system include thymus gland, spleen, tonsils, vermiform appendix and Peyer's patches along with lymph, lymph vessels and lymph nodes.

The appendix is attached with large gut and Peyer's patches are in the wall of small gut. So these two are lymphatic tissue of the gastrointestinal tract.
