What did the Crow Arapaho, and Sioux all have in common?

They are Native American tribes of the Great Plains.

Explanation:

They have a lot of differences though. Arapaho are an Algonquin Language base and the Crow and the Sioux are Sioux Language based. The Sioux is a separate language although related to the Assiniboine and Stoney Language.

The Arapaho and the Sioux were allies during the Indian wars. The Crow generally co-operated with the whites.

They all participated in the Little Big Horn Battle but on opposing sides. The Crows scouted for Custer, the Sioux and a small party of Arapaho fighting against him.

They all had some western migration forced on them by competitive tribes to the east and whites.
