Presence of cell-wall.
Explanation:
The cell wall is the characteristic feature of the Plant Kingdom. We know 'Biology is science of exception. There is everywhere exceptions of characters except the demarcation of Plant Kingdom and Animal Kingdom on the basis of cell-wall.'
Although, the chemical nature of cell wall of Fungi differ from other plant cell, especially the cell wall of higher plants. The chemical nature of Fungal cell wall is chitin. The chitin is the feature of Arthropods.
