Solve the brackets first.

#7 - 5 = 2#

Now you have

#(2^5/8)-4#.

In fact, you don't even need to work out #2^5# if you know that #8 = 2^3#.

#2^5/2^3 = 2^(5-3) = 2^2 = 4#

And, obviously

#4 - 4 = 0#
