The model is known as the electron cloud model or the quantum mechanical model of an atom.

Explanation:

The wave equation that he proposed upon being solved gives us a set of three integral numbers known as quantum numbers to specify the wave function of an electron. It was revealed that later a fourth quantum number i.e. the spin quantum number if incorporated provides complete information about an electron in an atom.

In this atom, the uncertainty principle and de Broglie hypothesis are incorporated and as such we can only deal with the probability of finding an electron in phase space discarding the idea of circular or elliptical orbits as in the Bohr's model.
