Fission and fusion are two,process by which energy is released.

Explanation:

For continuous energy generation like power plants fission reaction is used.
In atomic bomb and hydrogen bomb both fission and fusion is used as chain reaction with out control..In power plant reactors energy release is controlled and continuous. But in Bombs it is fast chain reaction causing huge explosion.
