The Diathesis stress model psychology is a psychological theory which tries to explain behavior as a result of stresses and vulnerabilities from life experiences.

The word “diathesis” comes from the Greek term “vulnerability or disposition”. It may be psychological, genetic, situational, or biological factors. The wide range of difference of people only comes out in the middle of them and the vulnerability in the improvement of the disorder.
