What is the difference between resonance and chemical equilibrium?

Resonance is the "movement of the pi-bond" (more specifically, delocalized electrons of pi-bond) between the bonds of a compound molecule. On the other hand, chemical equilibrium is the "state of a reaction" when the rate of forward and backward reaction between the reactants and products is same.
