Explanation:

You haven't put letters and for me is very difficult to indicate the resistences...
Through the two intermedie vertical resistences it doesn't flow current because are at the same pontential so you can eliminate them.
the four resistances on the orizzontal surfaces both on the up both on down are equivalent to an only resistance R (one in top, one in down), because are two in series in a couple in parallel. So on the down you have R, in parallel with 3 R (in series) that you have on the top an on the vertical lines.
now #1/(R_eq)= 1/R+ 1/(3R)= 4/(3R)#
