Please read below...

Explanation:

  1. They have life experience: Adults have more life experience when it comes to learning, while a child is just been introduce he/she is like a greenhorn in the field of learning..

  2. They may feel unsure, embarrassed, or afraid: As it intels, being an adult, learning, it feels somehow embarrassing whereas something you should have studied during youthful era, you find studying it at present times..

Most of them don't have the courage to even learn, cause its like they're afraid of being insulted or look-down upon, that leads me to the next point

  1. They need respect: Present day learning, the children, youths respect the teacher, instructor, tutor master etc. But in adult learning you need to respect them, cause probably they might be your senior cause they're adults, so despite tutoring them, you still have to respect them as an adult, and that will make the class more interesting and eliminate fear or embarrassment..

Hope this helps!
