What is the percentage of acid in acid rain?

It varies depending on where you are and how much pollution is there, but most of acid rain is water. Only a relatively small amount is actually acid, as far as I know.

Explanation:

Water has a pH of #7.0#, on average. Normal rain has a pH of about #5.5#. Acid rain can have a pH of #4# or below.

You could probably use those numbers and the pH of the acids (sulfuric and nitrogenous acids) found in rain to calculate how much acid you'd have to mix with water to get the pH around #4#, but I'm probably not the best person to do that for you.
