And $\left[H {O}^{-}\right] 2.34 \times {10}^{-} 5 \cdot m o l \cdot {L}^{-} 1$...
$p O H = - {\log}_{10} \left[H {O}^{-}\right] = - {\log}_{10} \left(2.34 \times {10}^{-} 5\right) = 4.63$
$p H = 14 - p H = 13 - 4.63 = 9.37 .$...the solution is slightly basic...
