Always remember that the slope of a line passing through two points (a,b) and (c,d) , where a and c are x-coordinates and b and d are y-coordinates is #m=(b-d)/(a-c)#

Here a is 7
b is -6
c is -13
d is 4

Plug in these values and find the answer

Note- To find the angle between the x-axis and the line made by two points, formula is #theta=tan^-1(m)#.
