Postpartum Depression.

Explanation:

After childbirth the levels of Estrogen and Progesterone in a woman's body quickly drop. Which can lead to chemical changes in their brain that can trigger mood swings. Many mothers are also in a constant state of sleep deprivation that can lead to exhaustion which also contributes to Postpartum Depression.
