Explanation:

During prophase II, duplicated chromosomes begin to move to the middle of the cell. In metaphase II, the chromosomes are arranged in the middle of the cell.

Then, the sister chromatids begin to separate in anaphase II, and they move to the opposite poles of the cell.

During telophase II, the chromosomes reach the poles on both ends.
When meiosis II is complete, the cytoplasm of each cell divides to form two daughter cells. The four cells are haploid, each containing a single set of chromosomes.
