When the slope of a line is 0, does that mean the slope is undefined?

No, it is defined as: slope=0 and it means that your line is perfectly horizontal.


Consider the meaning of Slope;
slope is a number that tells you whether a line is growing (going up so slope>0) ar decreasing (going down so slope<0). If your slope is ZERO this means that your line neither goes up nor down (is neither positive nor negative)....i.e. it is perfectly horizontal!!!!
