The pancreas is the main organ that produces the hormones that control blood glucose in the blood which is the glucagon and insulin.

Explanation:

When someone eats, the body digests the food and the sugar will be turned into glucose upon digestion. For the body cells to absorb the glucose, the pancreas will secrete insulin first. Insulin then will be the trucks that deliver the glucose to the blood. Now that the glucose is delivered to the body cells, the pancreas then secrete glucagon to suppress the insulin.
