Which polyatomic ion has a charge of 3-?

The most common polyatomic ion with a charge of 3- is phosphate which can be written as $P {O}_{4}^{3 -}$. This is one of the most important as it is the basis of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), which is the molecule that gives your body energy to survive. Without ATP, life would be extremely different.
Another, not so common one is borate: $B {O}_{3}^{- 3}$
