Because of the movement of food and air within them.

When your intestines process food your stomach can also grumble or growl as well as in the intestines you may hear something that sounds like water moving through pipes, everything is okay. Sounds from the Digestive system or Intestines is normal, however if the sounds get too loud or frequent, or if there is no sounds at all then you may have an underlying condition, but that doesn't mean you're in danger you could just be constipated or have diarrhea, things that a small visit to a doctor or local pharmacy can fix.
