Because you cannot say what the (unique) result is!

Explanation:

Try to think at a possible solution of #0/0#:
Could we choose #3#?
Yes because:
#0/0=3#
So rearranging: #0=0×3=0# it works!
But....also #4# works...also#123235467# works....ANY NUMBER works!
So if I ask you for the result of #0/0# you'll answer: "all numbers"!!!
