Why would a telescope on the moon be beneficial to astrophysics study?

There is n o atmosphere on the moon.This will give clear views.
Explanation:
No cloudy nights..There are lot of electro magnetic disturbances on earth due to different electrical equipment working on Earth..Also radio, TV transmissions, communications Lunar surface is free from all these..
Radio telescopes and other telescopes like Gama ray etc needs noise free atmosphere to operate..So Moon surface is a good place.
