It would take 2 mol of LiOH to neutralize 1 mol of H₂SO₄.
The balanced equation for the reaction is
2NaOH + H₂SO₄ → Na₂SO₄ +2H₂O
The equation tells you that 2 mol of NaOH react with 1 mol of H₂SO₄.
