What is the IUPAC(chemical name) of PH3? Wouldn't it be phosphorous hydride because it's not molecular(there is a metal and non-metal). I searched online, it says it's Phosphorous trihydride?

It's a non metal / non metal and is molecular. Also known as phosphine.
The IUPAC name for this compound is phosphane. You'll sometimes see this called phosphorus trihydride, but that is a less common name.
