0.3 is a Rational Number written in Decimal Form

A rational number is a number of the form #p/q# where p and q are integers and #q!=0#

#0.3=3/10# (The numerator and denominator are integers and the denominator is non-zero)

0.3 is neither an Integer nor a Whole number.

Whole Numbers are simply the numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, ... (and so on)

Integers are like whole numbers, but they also include Negative Numbers (Fractions not allowed). They include:
Positive Integers {1,2,3,4,5,...}
Negative Integers{-1,-2,-3,-4,-5...}
Zero
