4 steps leads to speciation:

1) Populations isolation
2) Genetics exchanges between populations stop
3) Differences accumulation
4) Breeding isolation

So, to prevent speciation, you have to keep on the genetics exchanges between the populations, so they won't differ.

You can keep those exchanges by supporting migration.
